Go up St Oswalds Way to Fountains roundabout. Take middle lane and go straight over roundabout following ring road to next roundabout. Go left here onto Grosvenor Street. First right after Chester Bells Public House into Bunce Street. Grosvenor Place is on the left.

From the A55 and Wrexham (A483) follow signs for Chester on A483, Chester Business Park on right. Follow City Centre signs over Grosvenor Bridge to roundabout. Straight over roundabout into Grosvenor Street. First right after Chester Bells Public House into Bunce Street. Grosvenor Place is on the left.
